  • Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ across UX and digital marketing, field marketing, outreach, and call centers, supporting execution and performance across 15+ healthcare locations.

  • Directed UX and systems strategy across all brands, integrating design systems, workflows, and digital operations to support scalable patient acquisition.
